What do I need ready before I call for same-day delivery?
Have six things ready: the full address with ZIP, the exact drop spot, an on-site contact phone, how many units and what type, how long you need them, and a card with its billing address. With those, Dennis Rental Works dispatch can confirm a same-day truck in one call.
- Address and ZIP — plus a map pin for new streets.
- Drop spot — side of house, lot number, or a photo.
- On-site contact — and a backup number if signal is weak.
- Unit type and count — standard, accessible, deluxe, sink.
- How long — event dates or "until I call."
- Card and billing address — the billing address must match the card.
What slows down a same-day delivery?
Same-day deliveries slow down when the address is not in GPS, nobody answers at the site, the drop spot is blocked by cars or low wires, or the ground is too soft for the truck. Each of these can turn a same-day drop into a next-morning drop. Clear the spot before the driver's heads-up call.
When is same-day not possible?
Same-day is not possible after noon, on Sundays, on fully booked holiday weekends, or for sites a truck cannot reach. In those cases Dennis Rental Works offers the first slot the next morning, which usually has no rush fee.

Can you deliver a porta potty today?
Yes. Dennis Rental Works delivers same day in Frisco when you call by 12 PM (noon) and a truck is open on that route. A same-day rush fee of about $75–$150 is added and quoted before you book. The driver calls 30–60 minutes before arriving. Call (469) 326-5556 — same-day orders are taken by phone only.
Do you charge extra for same-day or emergency delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery adds a rush fee of about $75–$150 because a driver has to leave a set route. Next-day delivery usually has no rush fee. The fee is quoted on the phone before you pay, never added after.
Will the driver call before showing up?
Yes. Every Dennis Rental Works driver calls or texts the on-site contact 30–60 minutes before arrival. Give us a second phone number if cell signal is weak at the site. Missed calls do not cancel the drop; the driver places the unit using your written notes.
Do I need to be home when you deliver?
No. You do not need to be on site if the placement notes are clear. Tell us the side of the house or lot, any gate code and anything to avoid, such as low wires or a septic lid. A photo or map pin texted to dispatch removes guesswork.
I have low wires and trees over my driveway. Is that a problem?
Tell dispatch when you book. Delivery trucks need open overhead space where they stop, and drivers avoid low wires, branches and roof eaves. We note the hazard on the order, and the driver may place the unit by hand truck from the street side instead.
