1. Booking and payment
A rental is booked when you e-sign the emailed invoice and the first payment posts. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards. Business accounts may request emailed monthly invoices. Event rentals are paid in full at booking. The card billing address must match the card issuer's records or the payment will decline.
2. Billing cycles and renewal
Jobsite and long-term rentals bill in 28-day cycles. The first cycle includes the one-time delivery and pickup fee. Each new cycle starts automatically on day 29 at the same unit rate and is charged to the card on file. Event rentals are priced per event for the dates on the invoice.
3. Ending a rental and stopping billing
We do not pick up long-term units automatically. Call (469) 326-5556 or email info@friscoportapottyrentals.com to request pickup. Billing stops on the date you request pickup. Units are collected within 1–2 business days. Event units are picked up on the scheduled date without a call.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery: 100% refund. Cancel between 48 and 24 hours before delivery: 50% refund. Cancel within 24 hours of delivery, or after the truck is dispatched: no refund. If Dennis Rental Works cannot deliver for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund. Business hours for cancellations are 7 AM–7 PM Monday through Saturday.
5. Delivery windows
Deliveries and pickups run 7 AM–7 PM, Monday through Saturday, in route order. We do not guarantee an exact time, but we note time preferences and the driver calls 30–60 minutes ahead. Same-day delivery requires a call by 12 PM (noon) and an open route, and carries a rush fee quoted before payment.
6. Site access and placement
You are responsible for a clear, firm, level placement spot the truck can reach, with no low wires, branches or obstructions. Tell us about gates, gate codes, septic lids and sprinkler heads. If the driver cannot deliver because of site conditions, a return-trip fee may apply. Units must stay on private property unless you have right-of-way permission.
7. Property damage
Dennis Rental Works is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavers, lawns, sprinkler systems or landscaping at the placement location you choose. Our drivers take care to use firm ground and the shortest path.
8. Damage to units
You are responsible for loss of or damage to units during the rental beyond normal wear, including fire, vandalism, graffiti, vehicle strikes, theft and tipping caused by misuse. Repairs or replacement are billed at cost. Report damage or a tipped unit right away so we can clean and reset it.
9. Servicing
28-day rentals include weekly service. Extra service visits are billed per visit. Missed service visits are re-routed within one business day and credited. Do not put trash, sharps, hazardous materials or chemicals in units; contaminated tanks are billed a disposal fee.
10. Changes and moves
Moving a unit on site or to another address is done by our crew only, on request, and may carry a relocation fee shown before the move.
