What can stop a same-day delivery?
Three things stop a same-day delivery: calling after noon, a fully booked route on a holiday weekend, or a site the truck cannot reach. Clear the drop spot, send a map pin, and give a second phone number. If same-day is not possible, dispatch offers the first slot the next morning.
- Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) fill early — call even earlier.

Can you deliver over a holiday weekend like Labor Day or July 4th?
Yes, but holiday-weekend routes fill first. Book at least 7 days ahead for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Units for a holiday Monday are delivered on the last business day before the holiday and picked up on the next business day after it.
